This is a live screen share session conducted from your cell phone. You must be connected to a strong Wi-Fi internet connection during the call in order for us to walk you through the process smoothly.

💬 How to get your port-out PIN: Chat through your carrier's app and ask for your port-out PIN. If you have a port-out lock enabled, ask them to disable it first before requesting the PIN.
